Just a comment on the excellent service I got from Frank and staff. I bought a pickup. The radio didn't work so they put one in that had a CD player. Right after I drove away the "service engine" light came on. Frank sent me to the people who do his service work. They ordered the part and fixed the problem. All at no charge to me. Arena treated me very well. I would recommend them and will see them when I need another car.

Just a quick message. All went well with the Export and Import of the Jeep into Canada. It was very simple and we would do it again.

The only small mistake we made was that we should have included the Vehicles VIN number on the subject line on the email to US customs in Port Huron to tie the 72hour notice to that vehicle. But it wasn't a huge problem.

We have also included a picture of the Jeep that we almost didn't buy. It was taken when we went on a short camping trip last week.

It is getting a bit cooler here now and the trees are starting to change their colors.

Anyway thanks again and we will definitely be in touch again when it's time to look for another vehicle.
